KEY FACTS

SITE UPDATES

On 9th September, our external Planning Consultants (Rochester Properties Ltd) submitted our call for sites application.

WHAT IS THIS?

The council put out a call for sites earlier this year. This means that anyone who feels they have a site suitable for development can apply.

There are likely to be numerous applications with varying levels of seriousness.

Our application is considered high level due to the fact the sire was previously included in the council’s local draft plan.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Buckinghamshire Council will now carry out assessments on all the Call for sites applications.

At this moment in time, the council have not produced a timescale for this and the next stages.

We are currently highly confident of progressing further.

Once the council advise of us of the timescales, we will update further.
