What is Strategic Land?

The phrase “strategic land” refers to plots of land which cannot be developed for now but could be at some point in the future,

Rather than being able to submit a planning application straight away, work needs to be done first to show the potential of development.

Our Strategy

Initially, we select land in areas we feel has potential for future development.

Full due diligence is undertaken on the title deed and any conditions and the Local Housing Target.

We then work with our appointed external planning consultants on an overall strategy and timeline, dependent on our external factors.
